Please add brief instructions for use

I would really like to get this plugin to work for citations. I have a working installation of pandoc citeproc, that I use with Pandown in Sublime Text or markdown-preview-enhanced in Atom and Bibdesk.

• Could you please write an example of a citation key in markdown that this plugin would resolve?

• Does the plugin process the .md file with any .yaml or .bib files in the same blog folder?
