[Bug]: Cannot select anything else except Cloudflare

Hello. This is strange, but in the DNS Lookups category, in tools like the Reverse DNS lookup, nothing works for me if I select anything except Cloudflare. If I select Google from the dropdown, for example, I get Google DoH failed, fell back to Cloudflare DoH which succeeded.

Is the server able to resolve it?
