Automatic tools/script to pull from sqlite.org and add to this repo

Currently, done by hand, need auto tool(s) to do the manual jobs
1 discover new release
2 download the released file
3 optionally verify the downloaded files
4 extract and add the files to this repo and tagged

Currently, only 4 is automatic (90% auto).

not work as there is no way to extract the date/time (needed this info to download the amalgamation files)

another options is
fossil tag find release
but it needs

1. cloning the repo first << take very long time and also need 370MB (as of today)
2. updating the repo << takes time
