[6.1] Add Component Attribution to Telemetry

Extend telemetry to track which components are involved in failures.

Depends on: #3.1, #4.2

Tasks

• Add ComponentsUsed field to GenerationEvent
• Add ComponentErrors field for component-specific issues
• Implement component attribution logic
• Update storage schema

Acceptance Criteria

• Telemetry records which components were used
• Errors are attributed to specific components when possible
• Can query failures by component
