In the trace window, the costs only show until two decimal points. Add a tooltip such that on hover it shows all decimal points for until micro-dollars.

This issue requires modifying the trace window UI to display costs with full precision on hover.

Implementation approach:

1. Find the component(s) that render cost values in the trace window - likely a table or list showing trace/call costs
2. Modify the cost display to show truncated value (2 decimal points) by default
3. Add a tooltip component that appears on hover showing the full precision value (micro-dollars)
4. Ensure proper formatting for micro-dollar display

Key changes:

• Locate and update the cost rendering component(s) in the trace view
• Add tooltip functionality (could use existing tooltip library or custom implementation)
• Format costs: display truncated for UI, full precision for tooltip
