Unvisible elements in Moodle 5.1 with Academi 5.1

1. On the admin page Plugins / Plugins overview, there is a header line with "All plugins" and "Additional plugins" link, and the number of items in these 2 plugin-classes, On a 5.1.1 (and now 5.1.2) version of Moodle, we cannot see these numbers. Highligting the text with the mouse can show the numbers. From the page source, we can see the numbers, too.

2. Create a feedback in a course (with the mod_feedback internal plugin). When we add new question, we cannot see the "New question" menubutton. (We can see it from the page source; and when we hover the mouse over the invisible button, the mouse cursor change.)

3. The same problem exists in the database activity, manage fields submenu - invisible the "Create a field" button
