Release tag for v4.5.1 missing

Im trying to add academi as subrepo, but i cannot find the version 2025050300 in the repo.
Where can i find the current version for Moodle 4.5?

I am facing the exact same issue. I'm trying to automate our Moodle deployment using Ansible, and the absence of the v4.5.1 tag (or version 2025050300) in the repository prevents the workflow from completing successfully.

While the plugin directory has the updated zip, our CI/CD and automation processes rely on Git tags for consistency and version control. Could you please push the missing tag/commits to the repository?
