Scientific name searching: contains or startswith

Somehow, the search function can no longer find Latin names—but I'm pretty sure it used to be able to? And it should be able to. Try entering Capensis—it should find lots of species.

The search currently works as intended ('startswith'). It has to be decided if the search will be changed to 'contains'.
