Push notifications on new episodes

Would be nice if backend (needs backend job) could send push notifications to the app when new episodes are found for followed podcasts.

We would need to find a nice way to group and perhaps update the notifications so the user is not bombarded.

Maybe the app could have a page that shows the unseen episodes (the same that generated notifications)
