Breaking changes in 0.2.0

Please add notes in release of 0.2.0 that users MUST update import of FastAPILimiter class to RateLimiter or (it seems) WebSocketRateLimiter, as well as that some arguments (for example - prefix) is now missing in the RateLimiter class.

IMO, it'd be great to have a migration guide from 0.1.6 to 0.2.0 🤷

I looked at the code and documentation for PyrateLimiter for this and it was disastrous to release 0.2.0 directly 😱.

Just hit this too — Dependabot bumped us to 0.2.0 and it would have silently killed our rate limiting in production. FastAPILimiter.init() / .close() are gone, RateLimiter(times=, minutes=) is gone, and there's no migration guide or deprecation warning.

A semver minor bump shouldn't require a full rewrite of every integration. Would be great to either revert 0.2.0 or publish a 0.2.1 with backwards-compatible shims.

Would really appreciate having upgrade notes as well, especially regarding any Redis-related requirements or changes.
