Hey, this issue is about creating a Dockerfile to containerize and run the program through docker. You can read more about Docker here and Dockerfile here.

this issue has been now been temporarily dropped from NWoC, we'll come back to this when rest of the issues have been solved. upon discussion with @7phalange7 on resulting docker image sizes, an efficient docker solution to this program can be arrived at only after at least a single release to realize the correct functionality of containerizing this.
