Feature suggestion: prompts/ library for common use cases

Hi! I've been using Clipify and love it. After some iteration I landed on a prompt
that works really well for a specific use case: tutorial-style videos where the
creator appears in a pip over a screen recording, reformatted for Instagram
Reels/Shorts.

I'd love to suggest adding a prompts/ folder to the repo where the community can
contribute ready-to-use prompts for different scenarios. This would help new users
get great results faster without having to iterate.

I'd be happy to contribute the first one: a prompt for screenrecording + face
split-screen → 9:16 Reels format, which handles:

• Camera-only intro at full screen (16:9 with black bars)
• Split-screen section: screen top (60-70%) + face bottom (30-40%)
• Using a separate clean camera file for the face panel

Would you be open to this? Happy to open a PR with the prompts/ folder if so!

@sorianom23 the prompts/ folder idea is a nice fit for the tutorial-style PiP-over-screen-recording reels you described — that layout is far enough from the default talking-head pan that it really does want its own recipe.

Reading your spec, the bit that feels load-bearing is the camera-only intro before the split kicks in. New users probably wouldn't think to separate the intro segment from the body segment, and that's exactly the kind of decision a saved prompt makes for them.

The separate-clean-camera-file detail is also the kind of thing that only shows up after you've actually shipped a few of these. It's worth keeping in the prompt body, not just the title.

I came at clipify from the non-prog side too — I was trying to cut a long walkthrough into shorts and the existing two-face pan didn't really map to my source. So selfishly, +1 on a prompts/ folder; it would have saved me a couple of iteration rounds.

One thought on shape: if each prompt names the input shape it expects (e.g. "one 16:9 screen recording + one clean face-cam file, both same length"), readers can match their own footage to a recipe before they run anything.
