The tool should perform multicast communication on every available network interface.
It should note that replies from devices may be split to several datagrams (e.g. my Axis M1034-W sends reply chunks in two datagrams).
The output should be easily parsable, and output structure should be extendable without breaking older parsing applications. So something like XML or JSON as output format should be used.
