command: cordova build. this may overwrite other plugin in plugin.xml #18
Description
when i run cordova add XXX . this plugin is added right in plugin.xml .
but, if i run the command: cordova build. the plugin.xml is been overwrited . it remove the describe about other plugins.

how can i fix it ?
