Compute simplicial homology of mesh

This could be used to determine the dimensionality of the homology group and based on this we could compute harmonics forms or not (if the dimension is zero).

This should be some simple linear algebra based on the boundary operator represented as a matrix.

The logic is implemented, but I'm converting to a dense matrix for this.
I need to be able to compute the rank of a sparse matrix!

If I don't find a good rust native way of doing this, PetSc SVD is a solution.
