TLS/SSL support

The connect options should expose settings for TLS and propagate that to the transport module.

Just wanted to say, super cool project. API looks very elegant. Is there an ETA on TLS/SSL support for AMQPS? Or if I could be of any help, is there a roadmap of things to do to accomplish this task that I could work on?

@Eigently Thanks! There is no work being done on TLS support right now. My preference would be to use something like rustls to implement the TLS handling.

1. Define TLS configuration as part of connect options
2. Create a TlsNetwork type that implements the Network trait and wraps an underlying Network type.
3. Implement TLS handshake in TlsNetwork
4. In container connect, if TLS is enabled, create the TlsNetwork type wrapping the MioNetwork type and hand it off to transport
