Add support for AoE IV for FakeHost and FakeOnline

hey mate after following the steps for IV the launcher doesnt do anyting. I note point 10 says extra protections are in place. any hints?

@paladin0 Currently I haven't been able to do it with the Goldberg emu, I know some 'repack' include some tweaked emu with a crack that works but:

a) That emu normally has no info, where to get the exe nor the source code.
b) It requires a crack I cannot legally provide.

So I'm not sure on how to proceed to make it work :/
