If nats doen't answer - the panini becomes idle

It doesn't finish the application and also it doesn't tries to reconnect to nats

I suggest we could create optional possibilities to specify number of attempts to reconnect and timeout between reconnections

For now you need to set error_cb to manage it. We may consider shutting down the process if NATS connection lost.
