SteamAPI Release Date Pulling Wrong Month of Reelase

• Obsidian is up to date: v1.12.4

Describe the bug
When importing a game via the MediaDB search function, the Steam API defaults the release month to January

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a vault in obsidian
2. Use the MediaDB search for a game and choose the SteamAPI option
3. On the note preview the release date will show as 01/xx/xxxx(MM/DD/YYYY) which is not intended
4. See error

Expected behavior
The release date should pull the correct release month from the Steam API

I am also using OMDb and this is not having the same issue so I believe it is isolated to the SteamAPI
