Nudge blurs laptop screen when external screen is disconnected

Nudge shows the dialog on the main screen (which could be an external screen) and blurs the second screen. When you disconnect the external screen, Nudge does not show the dialog anymore leaving the user with a blurred screen and no way to get out.
