This update improves Mac paste reliability by making clipboard restoration safer for browser-based editors and refines shared number formatting around calendar years.

• Improved Mac menu fallback paste handling so KeyVox only restores the clipboard immediately when the expected dictated text is confirmed in the target field.
• Added safer clipboard restore timing for structural-only or trusted paste fallback paths, reducing the chance that delayed paste consumers receive the previous clipboard contents.
• Updated the bundled KeyVoxCore package to 1.0.5.
• Preserved calendar year references after full month names, such as November 2025.
• Kept thousands grouping for quantity-like four-digit numbers, such as 5,000, while leaving adjacent calendar years unchanged.

hi, just wanted to let you know that something in this new update is making it that it pastes what I say twice.

Otherwise, this is an amazing app and better than many free dictation apps I've tested! must faster and more accurate even when using the same whisper base. I'm surprised this isn't more popular.

edit: hmmm. this is only happening in certain windows, like claude web, and not others...

no worries! honestly it might be a system wide thing. it's not just your app that does this. It only happens in claude web, not claude desktop. when i have time i'll write up more. probably something on my computer though.

Oh, that's totally strange. I haven't been able to replicate it on my end, but please if you do figure out a specific trigger that's causing it and it ends up being related to KeyVox, do let me know. Either way, I appreciate you saying anything. It's quiet around here, lol.

It may be quiet but I want you to know that I appreciate all the updates you've been doing! I have also tested about 10 or so voice apps out there and I think yours performs the best in terms of speed + accuracy (+ privacy). Kudos :)
