Description
Hi y'all,
I just upgraded the CONJScan model to 2.1.0 (macsydata install --upgrade CONJScan), and then ran into an issue I couldn't figure out. The error I kept getting was:
command used: /usr/local/bin/macsyfinder -m CONJScan all --sequence-db big_gembase.faa --db-type gembase --replicon-topology circular -o output
The models package 'CONJScan' is not versioned contact the package manager to fix it.
models used: CONJScan-None

Models Parsing
unable to parse model definition 'CONJScan/Plasmids/dCONJ_typeI' : The model definition dCONJ_typeI.xml has not the right version. version supported is '2.0'. Please update your model.
It's possible that this is an issue with some old version 2.0 thing on my computer somewhere, but I tried updating macsyfinder, uninstalling and reinstalling things, and couldn't figure anything out. I ended up manually changing 'vers="2.1"' to 'vers="2.0"' in all the definition files to get it to run, which worked. Can you tell if this is an issue on my end or something that needs to be specified for the updated version here?
Thanks,
Milo
