ライセンス表記

Dual license の場合、4行目の "MIT and GPL" は、"MIT or GPL" と 表記す
るのが普通です。"MIT and GPL" を言葉どおり訳すと、MIT と GPL 両方のラ
イセンスに従うことを求めることになり、dual license ではないとの解釈も
成り立ちそうですが、そういう意図ではないですよね。
