Add IPC-based utilities for screenshot, recording, color picking, and window freeze

Please add simple scripts that use mmsg to retrieve focused window/output and integrate with:

· grim/slurp/satty for screenshots and annotation
· wf-recorder for screen recording
· a color picker tool
· a window freeze utility

This would provide a native, convenient capture and utility experience. Thanks!

This is not something a compositor should have for managing external tools to work with mango and its IPC.
Since both these tools are opinionated as well as a unnecessary to be handled in the core compositor.

Mostly these should be done by you creating a small script (refer IPC to get focused window details ) that makes these tool work well with the mango IPC.
if you find difficult you may try msnap which is a wrapper around these tools.
