[ Enchancement ] Remake scratchpad

Hello! Scratchpad idea is cool, but for most people I've recommended mango it isn't useful because of how you did it.

Here's the enchancement ideas I have with my friends:

1. Remember the position and type of the window. When you restore window from scratchpad, it should return to where it was: into some position if it was in floating layout before minimizing, or just into the current layout if it wasn't in floating before minimizing.
2. Make scratchpad as an overlay tag where you can change layout ( grid would be really useful there ), or at least add a function to create overlay tags, like in hyprland, so we can replace the scratchpad with it.
3. Scroll through windows in scratchpad with bind, so no one will need to re-open scratchpad a thousand times
4. Add an option for scratchpad to be always focused
