fix bugs in mapreader workshop notebooks

Describe the bug

• 1. change piffle URL (I think Rebecca merged Rosie's branch)
• 2. change file pathway for iiif metadata
• 3. fix numpy issue that requires restarting kernal in mapreader install cell
• 4. add instructions for getting personal xyz map tiles URL
