Post gets a post tag in wrong language assigned to it

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create new post in language 1 with post tag 'testtag'
2. create another post in language 2 with post tag 'testtag'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: post in language 2, when saved, would have a new post tag named 
'testtag-2' in language 2 assigned to it

Instead: post in language 2 is using post tag 'testtag' which is set to 
language 1

What version of WPML and WordPress are you using? Can you also specify PHP
and MySQL versions?

WPML 2.0.4, WP 3.0.4, PHP 5.3.0, MySQL 5.1.37
