Feature Request: Custom CSS Classnames on each section level

Hi @marinaglancy ,

My courses are setup in 3 levels (Course > Module> Chapters > Lectures) and I would like to style each level differently. Would it be possible to have the current section sublevel level as part of the body tag class?
