When searching (kv, qs) allow use to uris and metada only

When searching sometimes we want to return only urls of things and not the contents. This would save cycles on the database by just doing a lexicon call.

True. If the user has not specified include=all, include=content or include=snippet cts:uris could be used instead of cts:search. Just need to figure out if the uri lexicon is enabled, perhaps it can be done with a try/catch block. Anything other than that would require some fanciness.
