For the Wins11 system，TensorFlow-GPU can only support up to version 2.10.
So，I am planning to give up TensorFlow-GPU and only use TensorFlow-CPU to run programs.
The current issue is “ ValueError: Shapes must be equal rank, but are 0 and 2 for '{{node AssignAddVariableOp_8}} = AssignAddVariableOp[dtype=DT_FLOAT](AssignAddVariableOp_8/resource, Sum_5)' with input shapes: [], [11,1].

@Wang-Dlut Much high version of Tensorflow or Keras, maybe both. It was tested with maybe TF <= 2.10.
