Unable to cross reference accounts across config file boundry

Say an account template is defined in the /etc/msmtprc. I cannot reference it with account user : template in ~/.msmtprc, as both files are processed individually, even though the account lists from both are merged in the end.

Hm, you're right, it is somewhat surprising that this does not work. To be honest I cannot remember why I implemented it this way, but the comments in the code suggest that this was a deliberate decision.

I'm trying to think of what could go wrong if the behavior is now changed. Possibly account overriding would not work in the same way as before...
