Switch crashing with fw 20.5.0

Almost every time I try to open the “Advanced” tab in Ultrahand, my switch crashes with code 2347-0004 (0x95b), and when it doesn’t crash there, it either crashes my switch when I try the warehouse download, or crashes Ultrahand when I try the warehouse download. I have the latest versions of Salty-NX, FPSLocker, and Ultrahand overlay, but it still crashes every single time. This wasn’t happening before I updated FPSLocker.

I forgot to mention that i do not have sys-dock installed, but I am playing in handheld

Do you use stock FPSLocker overlay or libultrahand fork?

I don't support forks, so if you report something i want you to use official release.

Pretty sure I use stock? It’s the one on the HB app store.

0x95b is an error of tesla sysmodule basically saying "couldn't read data from overlay file" which means when you are trying to download anything, overlay finds some error, graciously exits, and sysmodule cannot load ultrahand file for some unknown reason (even though it opens it correctly), returning error.

Dunno what is happening, but that sounds like issue is elsewhere and overlays are just reacting similarly. I can only say I don't have this issue on 22.0.0 and never heard of this issue before.

Interesting. I wonder if installs through HB app store doesn’t have overwrite permissions and I’m still on an old overlay file for FPSLocker? Where can I find the files for SaltyNX and FPSLocker so I can delete them and do a fresh install? The error screen shows full zeros across the board, other than the error code.

Thank you, I’ll try a fresh install and see if it works. If not, then I guess it’s just some weird thing I’ll have to troubleshoot for a while

I have the exact same issue with the latest versions of plugin and SaltyNX when trying to go to advanced tab and download config.

Error Code: 2347-0004 (Ox95b)
Program: 420000000007E51A

Reproducible on Switch V1 Erista and Switch Lite with Firmware: 20.5.0 (Atmosphère 1.9.5-master-de9b02007).

Steps I tried so far:

Downgrading to previous versions of plugin and SaltyNX - still crashes.

Using Ultrahand fork of FPSLOCKER plugin - still crashes.

Installed latest versions from hb-appstore and manually by placing files - still crashes.

If you use Ultrahand, make sure that you don't use 4mb mode, change to 6 or 8 (in Ultrahand main list press +, "System", change to 6), restart if necessary and try again

SaltyNX is unrelated so stop testing that.
Also no support for forks, so don't mention that either.
FPSLocker is an overlay, not a plugin.

Downloading all configs from the Warehouse and placing them on the SD Card seems to bypass issue.

I was able to successfully enter Advanced menu, convert config to the patch and then increase my target FPS in the games.

Seems something is wrong with downloading configs.
