Trigger on content modification, not just on new file

Today, workflow triggers if only a name has change in files.

A more complex trigger would be more reliable :

• change on death files hash (deces-*)
• change on opposition file hash

This would allow to rebuild index oppositions changes, even if the file name doesnt change
