Window resize handles get lost after typing shotrcuts

How to reproduce the issue:

1. activate an arbitrary application window
2. type Alt-V + Alt-5
   the window is vertically maximized to screen height and moved to the right side of the screen.
   So far OK.
3. try to resize the window by mouse – no resize handles are shown, resize is impossible

The issue does not appear after typing only a single shortcut.

Doing a vertical maximize and then moving to the bottom-right, I end up with a vertically-maximized window on the bottom-right side. I still see the resize handles on the sides, but not the top/bottom, since the window is maximized. This is the correct behavior.

Similarly, doing a full maximize and then moving to the bottom-right, I still end up with a maximized window. Pressumably it has been "moved" to the bottom right, but at full maximization, so nothing changes.

On the other hand, if I do a full maximize, then tile to the bottom-right, it tiles the window correctly, but I lose the left-side edge decoration as though the window was still maximized.

Seems like the issue I have has to do with changing from a maximized state to a corner tiled state.

Is it possible this is theme dependent? Can you share which theme you're using, and maybe try with the Traditional theme to see if the behavior is the same as mine?
