Better citations to original methods

Atomate2 should provide better citations to original methods. e.g.:

Does not cite the original ApproxNEB paper.

https://github.com/materialsproject/atomate2/blob/main/src/atomate2/lobster/jobs.py

Does not cite any LOBSTER-related papers.

For both method developers and users (who need to know more details of what these workflows are), having more citations would be useful. We also want to encourage citation of original methods.
