External Packages
-------------------
Spack bundles most external dependencies in `lib/spack/spack/vendor/`.
This directory is automatically maintained using the `vendoring` tool.
Spack also includes other vendored components like `ast.unparse` (in
`lib/spack/spack/util/unparse/`), `sbang` (in `lib/spack/spack/hooks/`
and `bin/`), and `spack.util.ctest_log_parser`. These packages are
covered by various permissive licenses. A summary listing follows.
See the license included with each for full details.
