styling for desktop

• Need the 'Login' link (#controls (I think) to on top of the header on the right
• Need the footer to be on the bottom

If you log in to the site (with admin admin):

• Make sure 'Users', and 'Logout' look nice)
• If you click on Users .. the whole form thing should look nice
• If you click on 'Users' then 'edit' and make the username blank for example .. the 'need a username' text should show to the right of the edit box.

That's all I can think for for now.

Please don't play too much with the shared file as it affects iphone (as do _fonts.scss and _colors.scss )

footer could still do with some work though.

and Styling of the forms for iphone is not done yet.

Gonna concentrate on adding the plugin system for now.
