missing release on docker hub

The latest release v0.10.6 was not published on docker hub.

Similar to #192, since I inherited maintainership of this I don't have the permissions to do a proper release. If someone wants to make a community version on dockerhub then that would be great. Unfortunately I have never used Docker so I don't know how to set this up.
