bicylce=no does not prevent rendering as MTB track

This path it is marked with bicycle=no, but it is shown with a purple dashed line, most probably because of its mtb:scale=2 rating:

It should not be rendered as a MTB track because it is forbidden here to ride a MTB according to the bicycle=no tag.
