RabbitMQ is not used properly #14
Description
Currently the RabbitMQ connection does work, but the program keeps rebuilding connections. Normally you would establish a connection once and keep it alive.
I would need
- Unified handling of RabbitMQ communication across services
- Establish RabbitMQ connection once, then keep it alive
