abstract: >
Peptide Location Fingerprinting (PLF) is a technique for identifying structure-associated differences
in protein digestibility across biological states using LC-MS/MS. PLF identifies statistically enriched
peptides within specific domains and regions of proteins, allowing insights into ageing, disease, and
tissue-specific structural modifications. This tool provides command-line support for paired and unpaired
designs, multi-domain comparisons, and export for visualization using the MPLF web platform.
