Configure candidates to be closed - IDEA-like #3

Someone at https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=163683#c4 had the idea to see this plugin extended by some features of IDEA
- "Close non-modified files first" - that is possible, see https://github.com/markiewb/nb-git-close-unmodified-documents
- "Close less frequently used files" - therefor you have to MaxOpenTabsPropertyChangeListener you have to track the path of the DataObjects FileObject
