Can I create an alias for a language and add a different icon?

I have certain amount of windows command prompt blocks and the powershell highlighting is decent for it. BUT I would like it to show the correct language (CMD or Command Prompt) and I would like to add an icon that is different from powershell, because these commands are not executable in powershell.

But, I'm a bit of a noob and I don't know if I can do that with this plugin. Is it possible? And if so, how would I do it?
