Feature Request: Copy header of code block?

Summary

Ability to copy header of the code block

Basic example

By mouse click/double click or separate button. Currently it folds/unfolds when I'm trying to copy header, so to copy header I forced to switch to editor mode and click block content to get title:header string appear to mark and copy it.

Motivation

I'm using header for file names (scripts, configuration files, etc.) of my sysadmin notes. So when creating/editing files I could just copy header and put them in my shell like vim <paste_copied_header_here> and edit file.
