Improve docstrings and use examples

All of the core functionality should have associated documentation/docstrings. This will include:

• files with functions that will remain a part of the repository
• files to be moved to a different repository as part of Break waveform generation off into sub-modules/dependancies #3
• code that still needs to be broken off into actual functions for Make the iterative loops and plotting into functions #4
• the structure of the configuration files that need to be created for Put all configuration parameters in a toml file #2
• the structure and access of the output hdf5 files created for Improve HDF5 file structure and noise realization storage #9
• some current arguments that may be able to be consolidated or eliminated for Validate the instrument noise model and result fits #11

We should make some tutorials/usage examples that culminate in generating key plots either in a jupyter notebook or command line. Some of that may require creating either some example data hdf5 files or perhaps something like a toy galaxy with binaries that skew extremely bright so that a result that looks like an actual stochastic background can be produced in O(minutes), instead of over night.
