Check Taylor expansion parameters

The current Taylor expansion parameters may be building larger or smaller interpolation tables than necessary. Ideally, there would be a check somewhere in the code for if the taylor expansion parameters appear to be a reasonable match to the input galaxy.

Mostly addressed by warnings/errors ffe948b and the previous two commits, but see discussion in #22 for a further possible improvement of simply computing the necessary interpolation table size automatically by default unless overridden.
