Thinning package

I have issues with obtaining the thinning package.
How should I obtain this package when pip install does not work?

Hi, it's been a while that I haven't used this software...
Apparently you should install thinning_py3 (but leave the import the same) and then install
opencv_python and scikit-image.
I wasn't able to finish the notebook since I don't find the same black and white image as in the example.
