Reorganize CICD flows

Description

There is a lot of redundancy in CI/CD pipelines that could be optimized better.
Ideal flow to cover is Build, Run tests, Try deploy / Sonar Analysis, real Deploy.

To Do

• Organize flows
• Map the dependencies and chain the steps accordingly
• See if you can apply revision via pipeline
• move sensitive info to GitHub secrets
