One can only toggle once, then the toggle button is locked to its status.
Restoring jQuery v1.7.2 make it work again.

solution:
find and replace

$(this).is(':checked') to $(this).attr('checked') != undefined


!$myCheckBox.is(":checked") to $myCheckBox.attr('checked') == undefined


!$input.is(':checked') to $input.attr('checked') == undefined
