Refine short-title of WebAPI event pages

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

The Element: input event page has the following breadcrumbs:

• Web
• Web APIs
• Element
• input

This confused me a bit, because input is also an HTML element, which has the following breadcrumbs:

• Web
• HTML
• Reference
• Elements
• <input>

What did you expect to see?

I would expect the breadcrumb leaf for the event page to has an indicator, such as "input event" or "input (event)".

But IMO the sidebar label should stay as "input" because "Event" is already apparent from the category. Perhaps we need a new sidebar-label front matter? 🙂

Ah, indeed the APIRef sidebar also uses short-title via api_page_title().

I don't think we introduce another front matter key for this though. 😕
